1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Choremanji's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Services are operated by Techtulp ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Breda, Netherlands.

2. Service Description

Choremanji is a family task management platform that includes:

• Web panel for parents to manage tasks and rewards
• Mobile application for children to track and complete tasks
• Points system and rewards redemption

3. Account Terms

• Users must be 5 years or older to use the Services
• Children under 13 require parental consent and supervision
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One family account can manage multiple child profiles

4. Subscription and Payments

• First month is free trial
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

• 14-day full refund period from subscription start
• Prorated refund if service is discontinued
• No refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create inappropriate, illegal, or unethical tasks or rewards
• Share account access outside your family unit
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other families' data
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment
• Extended period of inactivity

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choremanji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam District Court, Netherlands.
