1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Choremanji ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Services are operated by TechTulp ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Breda, The Netherlands.

2. Description of Service

Choremanji is a family chore management platform that includes:

• Web panel for parents to manage tasks and rewards
• Mobile application for children to track and complete tasks
• Points system and reward redemption

3. Account Terms

• Users must be at least 5 years old to use the Services
• Children under 13 years old require parental consent and supervision
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for securing your account
• One family account can manage multiple child profiles

4. Subscription and Payments

• The first month is a free trial period
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

• 14-day full refund from the start of the subscription
• Prorated refund if the service is discontinued
• No refund for incomplete months
• Contact support@choremanji.com for refund requests

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create inappropriate, illegal, or unethical tasks or rewards
• Share account access outside your family
• Use the Services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access data of other families
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, available at choremanji.com/privacy-policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment
• Prolonged inactivity

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choremanji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
